NBA

 NBA is National Basketball Association .It represents highest level basketball game all over the world .This association has 30 teams, separate to East and West association .Every team should play preseason game and then start regular season. The regular season is very long which includes 82 games. The season usually begins at November and end at April. 8team belongs East and the other 8 belongs west which has top score in association has qualification to begin NBA playoffs .It is elimination game, so it's more exciting than regular season. Every players fight for honor. Through obsolete, the winner in west strives for Grand Champion with the winner in east. Their excellent performance will be recorded into NBA history.

  NBA is a kind of sport culture. The association cultivates lots of basketball stars in every years , Like Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal ,Kobe Bryant. They become teenagers' Idols .Basketball fans like to imitate their movement ,wear their polo shirt and watch their show. After Yao Ming became the first overall pick in 2002, NBA gradually opens up Chinese market which makes lots of money from Chinese.

My favorite team is Los Angeles  Lakers. Lakers is the noble team that got 16 championship these years. I love Kobe Bryant and Paul Gassol ,love their gorgeous attack ability ,love their adamant spirit.

Buddhism culture

Today I want to introduce Buddhism. It is one of the main religions in the world.The origin place of Buddhism is ancient India.According the Buddhist sutras  ,Shakyamuni is the originator, so he has the highest statue in thearchy. The ancient India distinguished people in four grades.Brahman is the top grade, composed by Religion flamen. Kshatriya is the second grade,includes the king and nobleman. Vaisya is composed by farmer, handicraftsman and businessman. Sudra has lowest statue ,they are slaves and untouchable. Shakyamuni thought the society is not equal so he created a new religion. The main religious doctrine of Buddhism is to be goodness, otherwise heart will be punished.Everyone has past life and future life.

Around the Christian era,Buddhism spread to China and became the main belief of Chinese. Buddhism influenced people from different social bracket,no matter they are rich or poor, they all have sense of fear.They cannot became lawlessness because they afraid their future life will be punished.

My families are all buddhists .My mother always go to temple. However, I don't believe Buddhism at all.I believe science, everything is made of material. If people dies, the soul cannot be existed.

Lubin sun Crusoe

 I want to introduce a book called Lubin sun Crusoe. It's a story, a man named lubin sun the British people because of russel's a thought out to sea, cause unfortunate flee to a stack of desert island without men; He came to the island settled, how to arrange his life, how does the hunt, and rescued from the savage how captive, and finally how to return to the motherland rescued.

  Lubin sun is a great person, determination of the people, alone in the uninhabited island lived 27 years. His daring to struggle against harsh environments, hard labor, the island was an orderly operation. In the face of adversity, he tempered his own, achievements of some extraordinary career. This book teaches us can only insist on the victory, only the hard work so that we can overcome adversity, hard work is more important than the faith .
I seem to see this ship on the deck stood a man: He gave up wealth and decent life, hate it powerless in life, thus beginning a death duel with the survival challenge. All sorts of misfortune and difficulties, and did not outweigh the Robinson, but made him stronger. God to give Robinson the difficulty, for he is also more challenging!
   So, we must learn to upwards in adversity, overcome difficulties, all the way to cut will, to recruit the peak of my career.

Chinese Kung fu

Today I want to introduce Chinese Kung fu.. It’s not a simple movement of body, but the crystallization of national wisdom and the embodiment of the national traditional culture. Chinese Kung fu is widespread in the world, not only include a large quantity of movies with Kung fu genre, but also attract people learn Shaolin, tai chi and wing chun Kung fu around the world. 

I become interested in Kung fu since I watched Jackie Chen’s action movie with my father. Jackie Chen is not as strong as foreign hatchet man, but he can beat several of them by flexible movement and powerful fist position. I was shocked at that time and thought if I can master the skill ,it can be very useful. My father told me some functions of Chinese Kung fu. First is to make body stronger to defense others’ attack. Secondly, it’s related to medical science because there are many acupoints in our body. We can understand how our body works and that’s the essential part of Chinese medicine. More importantly, it’s a kind of national spirit which we cannot lose. Then he told me the story of Bruce Lee. He is a famous man to spread true essence of Chinese Kung fu to the world. He did best to utilize the potential power of the body. He believe that Kung fu can make us find true self.

I hope more film and Television works that we can better understand the world of Chinese Kung fu in future.
